The train attack on Monday in Kaduna state as indicated how the government has failed the people. The train attack happened on Monday 28, 2022, when some bandits attacked a train going from Abuja to Kaduna.

Eight passengers died and their bodies has been recovered after gunmen attacked the train between Abuja and Kaduna state. The gang mined the track forcing the train, carrying 398 passengers, to a stop on Monday evening. The gunmen subsequently surrounded the carriages and opened fire, an unknown number of passengers were abducted from the train.

Twenty-six people were injured in the attack but sixteen persons are currently admitted at the hospital at a military hospital called 44 Army Reference Hospital in Kaduna. The Governor of Kaduna state has also condemned the attack, describing it as a "terrorist" incident and sent his condolences to the families of the victims.

The authorities in Kaduna state are working with the NRC(Nigerian Railway Corporation) to find out where all the passengers are and who exactly is missing.
