The landscape for marketing service businesses has changed tremendously in the past few years, chiefly due to the rise of the internet, and more recently mobile devices. This means that in order to remain competitive and be successful in your market you need to understand how today’s consumers behave and how to meet them at the point of their needs.

This course would be virtual but extremely practical as you would be implementing every single thing you learn daily. One day class two days for real-life practice. No slides all practical.

Through real-world case studies, trainees will gain an understanding of the features and use cases of various digital marketing channels and learn how each of them can be integrated into their businesses.

Trainees will also be exposed to digital marketing analytics, and be introduced to Google Analytics. Through an understanding of the platform, trainees will be able to evaluate the performance of their digital marketing efforts.

Furthermore, trainees will also be given access to a toolkit of templates, checklists, and guides to assist in their learning process. The toolkit of resources can be used to reinforce what they have learned in the course, and it may also be used as an actionable toolkit to help shape their own digital marketing campaigns.
