The UN Ambassador for Nigeria, Amb. Amina Ajayi advised young adults and women to be perseverant, that there is always a light after every dark tunnel and there is always a silver lining after every dark cloud and that their vote is their voice and fundamental human right.

She urged the youths not to engage in violence during and after the election, to not engage in trouble, this is the first time the young adult is involved in the election, it would go peacefully and that all we need is somebody who has wealth of experience to build the nation.

She further said that these elections would be a turning point in the history of our country, and the youth cannot afford to be mere observers, imploring them to go out and vote. It is one day, one day that will shape the next four to eight years of our country.
