Popular Nigerian music video director and cinematographer TG Omori, known as Boy Director, has shared an inspiring update on his health journey from his hospital bed. Despite the challenges he faces, TG Omori remains determined, stating, "I will be up soon, I promise."

This message comes after the director revealed that his brother had donated a kidney to give him a second chance at life. However, he later announced that the surgery was unsuccessful, leaving him with no choice but to rely on his sheer willpower and the prayers of his supporters.

TG Omori, who turned 29 this year, has been battling kidney failure since last December. In a recent post on his X account (formerly Twitter), he traced the cause of his condition to the consumption of fake drinks at nightclubs.

Despite the setback, Omori's determination to survive has not wavered. "I'm destined not to die yet," he declared, expressing his gratitude for the support and prayers pouring in from fans and well-wishers.

The young director, born ThankGod Omori Jesam, is known for his creative prowess in the Nigerian music industry, having directed videos for some of the biggest names in the industry.
