Envu®, an environmental science company dedicated to innovative solutions for environmental health, has announced a definitive agreement to acquire In2Care®, a Dutch technology company known for its pioneering mosquito control products. This acquisition aims to enhance Envu's mosquito management portfolio, providing customers with advanced, nature-positive solutions for controlling nuisance mosquitoes and combating vector-borne diseases.
In2Care is recognized for its patented InsecTech® technology, which utilizes a long-lasting, static-charged coating to bind biocide powders and effectively deliver lethal doses to mosquitoes. This technology is already being utilized in a professional mosquito station by numerous pest control operators in the U.S. and is expanding rapidly in international markets, including Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Singapore.
