PECAN offers three distinct categories of membership:

• Practicing Member (PCO): For Pest Control Practitioners actively engaged in the industry.
• Associate Member: Ideal for students aspiring to enter the field and gain valuable insights.
• Corporate Member: Open to Equipment & Chemical Manufacturers and Dealers who play a crucial role in the pest control sector.

Membership Process

• Step 1: Application

To initiate your membership journey, complete the application form, and pay a non-refundable fee of N10,000. Make the payment into the following account:

• Step 2: Submission

After payment, send proof of payment along with the following details to the PECAN General Secretary via WhatsApp at 07032896271:

• Step 3: Application Form

You will receive the application form for further processing.

• Step 4: Evaluation

Submit your completed application form along with necessary documents such as:

1. CAC Registration Certificate
2. Training Certificates in Pest Control
3. Photographs of Equipment, PPEs, and Operation Staff in work kits
4. Certify True Copy Affidavit
5. Any other affiliate memberships or certifications supporting your application.

• Step 5: Proficiency Visit

The membership committee of PECAN will conduct a proficiency visit to your office or business place to assess your qualifications.

• Step 6: Approval

If your company meets the required standards and is approved, you will receive a letter from the PECAN Secretariat. This letter will request you to accept your membership by paying your membership acceptance fee and other statutory fees.
